At Delta Life Therapy, we respect the role faith can play in emotional and psychological healing. Individual Therapy

Clinical Supervision

Professional supervision for counselors working toward licensure. Guidance rooted in clinical excellence and compassionate practice.

Amanda

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Amanda specializes in life transitions, childhood trauma, betrayal trauma, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Her other areas of focus include boundaries and family dynamics, women's issues, depression, anxiety, parenting, and abuse and neglect.

Amanda has years of experience working with children ages 4+ to disclose and process through abuse and physical and sexual trauma history. She provides therapy in English and Spanish to clients ages 8+ and has experience working with diverse populations.

Passionate about self-advocacy and providing a safe space, Amanda works from a non-judgmental and individualized, person-centered approach. Her goal is to help clients process through their situation, create positive coping skills, and foster healing with support and compassion.
